Contrary to popular belief (that only Luyha's in Kenya love Chicken!!!) the whole country just loves Chicken. But not just any chicken, Chicken from Kenchic is very specific. Kenchic operates very much like a franchise in order to guarantee kuku quality through out the country, customers are asked to look out for the Kuku Mfalme sign or brand outside a restaurants window.
With that brand of certification we are assured that the chicken quality is an matched and its not Kuku wa Kienyeji (normally hard core well matured chicken, what they call in the US - organic chicken, what I call - Kuku that has been working out - Kuku Orako).
