	    				<content:encoded><![CDATA[	I believe that many of the senior politicians in the kibaki &amp; moi governments benefitted from anglo-fleecing contracts.<br />Let us start with amos wako who approved these contracts. And now refuses to follow up on the cases filed against the anglo-fleecing folks. Why? Coz (IMHO) he is a beneficiary.<br />Then kibz... who refused to stop the scam... kibz refusal to halt anglo-fleecing scam in its tracks is the primary cause of his unpopularity today. <br />Had kibz (did he benefit from anglo-fleecing?) kept his deal about zero tolerance to corruption, he would have beaten raila fair &amp; square during the 2007 polls...<img src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/15803960-4454413130583506330?l=coldtusker.blogspot.com' alt='' /> ]]></content:encoded>
